If you are planning to do future fundraising in your school, community, or with your team, or organization, then you better lay the ground work. Once you have completed your fundraiser, write a 'Fundraising Thank You Letter'.

You will be amazed at the smiles when you send out or better yet, personally deliver a thank you letter and share some news about what the money will be used for. You can also post it on a webpage or newsletter.
Use our template substituting the appropriate words that have been bolded. Copy and cut and paste the letter into a word processing program and distribute to your fundraising team to circulate.
Don't forget to sign the letter and add your title if appropriate. Why not have the whole fundraising team sign the letter!?
